CASA has been commissioned by Savills to progress the EIA for the time extension application for the premier Custom House Quay Development in the centre of Glasgow. Required under the requirements of the new Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Regulations 2011, CASA has been fundamental in controlling the scope and costs of this new development, delivering the necessary technical survey, and ensuring that the time extension application satisfies the new EIA requirements without entailing excessive costs.
