CASA applies innovative solutions to land development issues and works in partnership with land owners and developers to take their projects through the planning and public consultation process. We offer our land development services on flexible terms. Clients can employ this service for a set fee or, alternatively, we can take a development through planning on an “at risk” basis by taking out legal options on the land. With the latter option, our clients are only responsible for minor costs prior to the submission of a planning application. This approach removes many of the financial barriers which prevent our clients from realising their land’s full potential.
