We were commissioned to prepare the planning application and associated environmental works for a tourist development in the Scottish Borders. The proposed development involves the erection of 28 holiday lodges on a 4.4ha site to the north east of Whitmuir Hall in Selkirk (grid ref NT502274). The development is to be sited next to a SSSI and therefore required supportive hydrological and ecological works. CASA worked closely with the specialists and regulators to produce a robust planning application in order to satisfy the needs of all parties involved.
